1. Use of Onyx
Onyx provides Discord moderation, security, automation, ticketing, verification, and other tools. Use the service responsibly and in accordance with Discord's rules and applicable law.
2. Prohibited Use
You must not use Onyx for illegal activity, scams, phishing, malware, harassment, account or token theft, security bypasses, exploitation of vulnerabilities, spam, or intentional disruption of Onyx or Discord.
3. Server Responsibility
Server owners and administrators are responsible for their configuration, permissions, moderation decisions, and use of Onyx. Onyx does not guarantee that a server will be completely protected from raids, spam, abuse, or other incidents.

6. Third-Party Services
Onyx relies on services such as Discord and hosting providers. Their services are governed by their own policies and terms.
7. Intellectual Property
Onyx branding, code, graphics, website, and original content belong to Onyx or their respective owners unless stated otherwise. Do not copy, sell, or redistribute them without permission.
8. Termination
Access may be restricted or terminated for violations of these Terms, misuse, security attacks, or harmful activity.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated when Onyx changes its services. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
